My Favorite Drinks
The Aviation
The unique combination of gin, lemon juice, maraschino and creme de violette is what cements the Aviation as a unique, polarizing cocktail. This is a drink that some will love, others will hate, but either way, the Aviation is inescapable as a bartender and it is definitely worth it to learn this cocktail.

The Last Word
The pale green dotted with a dark red cherry instantly makes the Last Word one of the most recognizable cocktails. On their own, the ingredients sound like they do not go together at all, but when you shake the equal measures of gin, lime juice, maraschino and the star ingredient Chartreuse, pure magic happens inside that chilly shaker. Tart, sweet and dry, the Last Word will definitely become one of your new favorite drinks!

The New York Sour
Whoever thought to combine a classic Whiskey Sour with red wine deserves all of the accolades, because out of all the cocktails in the "sour" category (a drink made with spirit, sweetener and citrus juice), the New York Sour is my absolute favorite. This recipe consisting of a combination of Pendleton Whisky and Louis-Jadot Beaujolais wine is my signature, and it is one I am proud to show off as my own.

The Vieux Carré
New Orleans is the birthplace of several iconic drinks, from the punchy Sazerac to the challenge that is the Ramos Gin Fizz, but out of all of the cocktails I have tried in New Orleans, the Vieux Carré is my number-one favorite. The bold combination of whiskey, cognac, sweet vermouth, Benedictine and both Peychaud's and Angostura Bitters makes the Vieux Carré a very strong drink, but a fantastic one all the same.
